But i have been getting my glasses for the past 10 yrs at Costco except once. I got a pair from a $59 dollar place awhile back. Frame was POS. Started to turn green and my sweat basically started eating away at the metal. Never had any issues with Costco glasses, the KS brand is really durable. .

Hey, I recently had a similar problem with a pair of glasses from Costco. The left side of the left lens (single vision) was distorted. I told them, and they ran some tests on the lens in store that showed that there might have been a defect in the lens. They sent the glasses back and had the lens recut, which fixed the problem.
